crime

I’m writing a story where an 8 year old girl uses a small amount of explosives to get back at her bully, by ruining his things. But some of the bully’s things contained explosive substances. Since nearly half the (empty) school building was destoryed, and no one was hurt, what crime would that be. A.K.A on her criminal record or what the police would refer to it as.

    That’s pretty much terrorism.

You may want to increase the age of the child by a few years. I don’t know many 8 year olds with extensive demolitions knowledge.

  8. Skye Says:

Well since she is under 10 years old she is not old enough to be arrested or get anything on her criminal record, if she had been 10 or over though it would have been arson.

  9. Clifford Says:

unlawful possession of explosives, conspiracy to cause explosions, criminal damage, attempted murder,
